    My item got approved, what next?

    1. Pack it securely and send at

    “376, Block P, Johar Town, Lahore”. (Sender bears the courier fee.)

    (In Lahore, you can coordinate with our team before sending/dropping the shoes at the given address)

    2. Once received, it will go for inspection. (Damaged OR "Not as described" item will be returned with return charges of Rs500/- )

    3. Now we post your item on the website.

     

     

    When do I get paid?

    1. Sale confirmation: 10 working days after your item is received by the customer (Safely considering our 7 day refund policy).
    2. Payment transfer: Within 5 working days after sale confirmation.

     

     

    What if I want my item back?
    You can ask us to return the item if:

    • No has ordered it.
    • No customer is interested in it.

    Then we will remove it from the website and send it back to you. Initiating the return process can take up to 15 days after your message. You bear the shipping charges for returning the item.

    Important Note
    When our customer receives your shoes and within 7 days, it breaks / opens up then our refund policy will apply, the shoe will be returned and we will refund the customer the full amount and send you the faulty shoes back to you. So please make sure, the shoes you are sending us are not faulty.
