Refund policy
Despite our efforts in ensuring the product is usable and has a long life ahead, there has been cases where the item opens up or breaks. For such cases, we only take responsibility for 7 days counting from the day you received your order. We believe two days are sufficient for checking the shoe, if it fits or not, if it is damaged or not.
You do not need to play or use the shoes in order to check whether it fits or not. You can simply try the shoes at your home on a clean surface and check if it fits well or not.
Once we receive your parcel, it can take ~5 business days to reach out to you.

Pack with Care: If original packaging was provided, kindly include it when returning. We want it to travel safe and secure.

4. Fee: We deduct RS250/- for shipping and packaging from your refund.
5. Payment: You receive your refund in 10 business days, after we receive your shoes.
**You bear the courier charges unless it's a mistake from our end i.e. wrong or defective (unless “slightly damaged” is mentioned in its name) product sent.
Important Notice:
Do not play in Brand New Shoes if you plan to return them in 7 days. If you do play, refund policy won't be applicable on them.
Once we receive your shoes they go live on the website before your refund is processed.

For Watches
Despite our efforts to ensure quality and durability, if there is any issue with your watch, we offer a 3-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. We recommend checking the watch within the 2 days to ensure it is functioning properly, free from visible damage, and meets your expectations.
You may try the watch at home to check its fitting and functionality. However, watches must not be used outdoors, exposed to water, resized, or worn for extended periods if you intend to return. The watch must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, protective stickers, warranty cards (if provided), and accessories included.
All other return steps, processing time (~5 business days after receiving your parcel), refund timeline (within 10 business days), courier charges, and deduction fee of Rs. 250 remain the same as stated above.
Important Notice: If the watch shows signs of use, scratches, strap adjustments, or missing original packaging, the return and refund policy will not be applicable.
